Our Trial and Warranty policies apply only to original purchasers who made their purchase directly from oberhaus-lab.com or our retail store (coming soon). These policies apply only during the period that the product is owned and used by the original purchaser of genuine Oberhaus products. 

Please retain an electronic copy of your purchase invoice sent via email which contains all information with regards to your purchase. Kindly quote the order number to our staff so that we may better assist with any issues relating to your purchase. 


20-Day Product Trial

All Oberhaus products are eligible for a 20-day trial so you can experience them 100% risk-free. If you find yourself not completely satisfied with our speakers – for any reason – you may return them for a full refund.

  • The 20-day trial starts on the day you receive your product via delivery. The date of delivery will be considered the first day of trial. 
  • If you’re dissatisfied with our product for any reason, write an email to help.sg@oberhaus-lab.com to initiate the return request indicating your order number and the reason for return. 
  • Products to be returned must reach our warehouse within the 20-day trial period to be eligible for refund. For example, if the product was delivered to you on 11 Jan 2023, the products must be delivered to our warehouse by 30 Jan 2023 latest. 
  • You will bear full cost and responsibility of shipping the items to our warehouse and ensuring that it reaches us before the trial ends. 
  • Items that are returned after the 20-day trial period will not be refunded. 
  • If we receive the products within the trial period, we will proceed with the following checks: 
    • The main product and all its component parts e.g. cables must be present.
    • Product must be in its original packaging with all manuals and documents.
    • Product must not be damaged, broken, scratched or stained.
    • Product must be operating as it should – core functions will be checked. 
  • Once we determine that the product is in satisfactory condition, we will proceed with the refund to your original payment method. You can expect to receive the refund within 5 – 7 days of our receipt of the product in our warehouse.


1-Year Limited Warranty

Oberhaus’ Limited Warranty (“Warranty”) warrants your product against defects in materials and workmanship when purchased directly from oberhaus-lab.com or our retail store (coming soon). The Warranty is extended only to the original purchaser or the person receiving the product as a gift and cannot be assigned or transferred to any other person.

The Warranty is valid from the date of the purchase as stated on the electronic invoice sent at the time of purchase for a period of 1 year. During the warranty period and in the case of a covered warranty defect, Oberhaus will at its option: 

  1. Repair the product with new or refurbished parts 
  2. Replace the product with an equivalent new or refurbished product 

You must retain a copy of your electronic invoice to exercise your warranty.

This Warranty applies to Singapore, Germany and the United States. 


Limitations of the Warranty 

  • This warranty is effective only for the ORIGINAL PURCHASE and not for resale. Under any circumstances, rights under this warranty are not assignable. 
  • The Warranty does not include transport, delivery or handling charges incurred in the transportation to and from our service centre. 
  • This warranty excludes Cabinets, Grilles and other exterior finish which must be the responsibility of the purchaser from the time of original purchase. 
  • Non-durable parts and accessories like cables, remote controls, batteries, etc. are not covered by this warranty. 
  • Periodical check-ups voltage and/or frequency conversions and installation are not covered by this warranty. 
  • This warranty will not apply to any failure that in the professional opinion of Oberhaus’ technicians is due to any of the following: 
    1. Normal wear and tear.
    2. Corrosion rust or stains.
    3. Improper usage not in accordance with the instruction manual. 
    4. Misuse, abuse, neglect and improper installation. 
    5. Usage of wrong electrical supply/voltage. 
    6. Improper maintenance or repair e.g. installation of parts that do not conform to the quality and specifications of the original parts. 
    7. Repairs or alterations by an unauthorized party.
    8. Accidental or intentional damages. 
    9. Breakdowns caused by other appliances. 
    10. Damages due to unsuitable packaging and /or shipment method.

The decision of our technicians on all questions relating to defects either of workmanship or materials is final and conclusive and the purchaser shall agree to abide by such decision. Ownership of any unit or defective parts which have been replaced will be transferred to Oberhaus.
